Falcon® Electric Announces Purchase of New Facility
in Irwindale, California

Expanded Headquarters ‘Going Green’ with Energy-Saving Technology

IRWINDALE, CA. – December 29, 2009 – Falcon Electric, Inc., an award-winning manufacturer of on-line power conversion and uninterruptible power systems (UPS) for mission-critical applications today announced the purchase of a new facility in Irwindale, California. The new facility will be ready to move into by the second quarter of 2010.

“We’re proud to be moving to a new facility which will be our headquarters, distribution and R&D facility,” said Arthur Seredian, President and CEO of Falcon Electric. “Given the current economic situation, we’re grateful for another successful year in sales. Our products continue to garner accolades in the trade press and we have a talented team of employees. This new facility will be a nicer place to work at - this will help my team serve customers like the U.S. Army and global powerhouses like Veolia Environmental Services by continuing our tradition of rock-solid reliability with an equal focus on leading-edge R&D.

In an effort to create a facility that is more energy efficient and better for the environment, Falcon is adding more skylights and a low-energy electric lighting system. “We’re also looking for other ways we can ‘Go Green’”, added Mr. Seredian. “The new facility will be built to optimize our operations – since we are starting from scratch we can ensure the entire building will be designed with efficiency and energy-saving technology in mind.”

The new facility is located near Falcon’s current location, in the same industrial park. Falcon’s new home, located at 5116 Azusa Canyon Road, will feature over 13,000 square feet of office, R&D, final test and production space. Irwindale is located 22 miles northeast of Los Angeles, CA.
