How do I return a Falcon product for repair?


  1. Click here to fill out the online RMA request form -- REQUEST RMA
    or call Falcon Electric toll free at 800.842.6940
  2. Fill out all of the fields as omitting any information could delay the return process.
  3. By selecting "Send Form" the completed form will be automatically sent to the Falcon Service Department.
  4. Upon receipt, our service department will issue an RMA number and provide shipping instructions.
  5. Package the unit in the original carton and packing materials and place the RMA number on the outside.

NOTE: NO UNITS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.
