Falcon Proud to Donate Two Online UPSs to Water for People Silent Auction

 

IRWINDALE, Calif. – March 26, 2019 – Falcon Electric, Inc., a leader in industrial UPS systems, will showcase its outdoor, wide-temperature online industrial uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) for protecting water infrastructure systems at this year’s Houston, Texas Water show, April 2-5 in booth #132. The largest water-related conference event held in North America, the Texas Water show is sponsored by both the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) and the Texas American Water Works Association (TAWWA) and is widely recognized as being the premier water and wastewater-related conference event held annually in Texas.

During the show, Falcon executives will discuss important power protection considerations for water processing, SCADA, pumps, and other critical water infrastructure systems. At booth #132, Falcon will showcase its award-winning, high-reliability UPS products including:

  • SSG Industrial UPS – With a wide –20°C to 55°C temperature range, the rack and tower configured SSG 1.5kVA-6kVA UPS family offers long-life, 12-year batteries and are agency-certified (UL, cUL, CE) to operate reliably in demanding environments. All 120V rackmount models and SSG 6kVA units are also UL 508 listed. 
  • Outdoor UPS – Falcon’s 1kVA to 6kVA SSG and SSG-RP units are preconfigured and ready-to-install in NEMA-rated enclosures. Tested and designed with robust components and materials, the SSG online UPS assures reliable operation and long service life in stressful outdoor environments. The 1-3kVA SSG-RP also features extreme temperature batteries with an operational range of -40°C to 80°C and a 10-year life at 25°C.
